This position provides excellent first impressions to guests and employees. Answers general questions from guests, answers incoming phone calls, gives information to callers, and otherwise relieves managers of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail by performing the following duties.

Job Duties

  • Coordinates daily operations of the front office and serves as first point of contact for all guests.
  • Gathers admission tickets from guests.
  • Performs front office duties, including answering phones, routing calls, greeting guests, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and file management.
  • Maintains general park knowledge of attraction locations, height and weight restrictions, special events and general safety in order to answer guest’s questions.
  • Helps Food and Beverage department with general guest services duties such as cleaning tables, checks trash cans and waste buckets to see if they need to be emptied as time allows.
  • Reports facilities issues to building management.
  • Maintains a high-level of confidentiality, takes initiative, and uses good judgment.
  • Establishes and maintains cooperative and productive working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.  
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
  • Respectfully takes direction from manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.
